Greetings to everyone from Tennex and wishing you a very happy, successful and joyous Republic Day of a young Nation !!

I use the term “Young Nation” not only to emphasise that it has only been 70 Years since we became a Republic, but also because as a Nation we have the largest population of young people in the world. 

Certainly, the sustainability for economic growth and long term development of every country rests on the young but prepared shoulders of the future generations to come. With more than half our population below the age of 25 and nearly three quarters below the age of 35, there is true value at the “Bottom of the Pyramid” 

It is now our responsibility to layer “Quantity with Quality” and this is why the importance of vocational training, skilling for human resource development and entrepreneurship, innovation and startup can never be over emphasised.

We at Tennex Consulting, as a Training Partner of the Nation Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) are really proud to contribute to the Skill India Mission through initiatives like Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY 2.0) and Deen Dayal Upadhyay Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDUGKY). These schemes empower the young of this nation with soft skills, computer and communication skills combined with practical, on the job training strengths
